On November 9, 2023, ESPORG along with the National Union of Road Haulers from Romania (UNTRR) hosted a successful webinar to inform participants about Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) Funding.
Frédéric Maas and Druselia Betea from ESPORG provided an in-depth exploration of funding opportunities available for Romanian companies. Miriam Cazacu from Caspy Europarking, a CEF-funded safe and secure parking area project from Romania, shared their success story, enlightening participants on how the process of applying for funding and constructing their project. Then, Druselia Betea offered a comprehensive overview of the EU Parking Standard for safe and secure truck parking areas. Finally, Frédéric Maas delved into the key components of a successful proposal and provide a deeper understanding of funding options for electric truck refueling stations within SSTPAs through AFIF.
Participants also had time to ask the presenters in-depth questions.
